Welcome to Bureskolan! We currently have just over 130 students from preschool to grade 6.

The school is located close to nature and has a lovely schoolyard. The school is part of the Sydväst school area along with Klockargårdskolan in Broaryd.

We are looking for someone who wants to be part of the leisure center's work team and who, together with your colleagues, leads and develops the pedagogical work towards the goals. You will work in collaboration with the school's staff to create a holistic view of children's learning.

Job Responsibilities

The position involves pedagogical work at the leisure center for grades F-6. You will be part of a work team where you work together to strengthen students' learning and development. During the school day, you collaborate with the school's teachers and are connected to a class in grades F-3.

Qualifications

We prefer that you who apply for this position with us are licensed for work in leisure centers. This is a requirement to obtain a permanent position with us.

You see all students and their differences as an asset and have a good ability to develop good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. A good reception is self-evident. You are well-versed in the governing documents and plan your activities based on them. You have a strong interest in using modern technology in your work with students. In Gislaveds municipality, we use tablets as a natural part of the pedagogical work.

Your role as an employee is closely linked to your ability to collaborate and participate in your and the organization's development. With us, this means that you have a good collaboration with the manager and colleagues, both at your own workplace and in other collaborative forums. You meet everyone with respect and kindness and take responsibility for being involved in organizational issues.

A teaching license is required for a permanent position.
